We created the endurance road category two decades ago proving that high ergonomics means high performance. Today, the new Roubaix SL8 with Future Shock 3.0 is lighter, faster, and smoother than any road bike ever made, unleashing unmatched confidence. The road may be hell below, but on Roubaix, it’s always heaven above.

Frameset and fork. The frame is FACT 10R carbon, Rider First Engineered™ (RFE), built with FreeFoil Shape Library tubes, a threaded bottom bracket, a 12x142mm thru-axle, and flat-mount disc brakes. Up front is a FACT Carbon fork with Future Shock 3.1 and Smooth Boot, a 12x100mm thru-axle, and a flat-mount disc.

Brakes. Braking is handled front and rear by Shimano 105 BR-R7170 hydraulic disc calipers.

Drivetrain. The bike runs a 12-speed Shimano 105 groupset: an FC-R7100 crankset with 52/36t chainrings, an R7100 11-36t cassette, an R7100 braze-on front derailleur, an R7100 rear derailleur, and R7120 hydraulic disc shift levers. The chain is a Shimano SLX CN-M7100 12-speed, and the bottom bracket is a Shimano threaded BSA unit.

Wheels and tires. Both wheels use DT Swiss G500 tubeless-ready rims with a 26mm internal width and 24 spoke holes, laced with DT Swiss Champion 14G stainless steel spokes and DT Swiss brass nipples to Specialized fully sealed bearing thru-axle hubs with centerlock disc mounts. They’re fitted with Mondo Folding Endurance tires in 700x32 with the GRIPTON T5 compound, and inner tubes sized 700x28-38mm with 48mm Presta valves.

Cockpit. The handlebars are alloy Specialized Hover Comp with 125mm of drop, 75mm of reach, and a Di2 hole, wrapped in Supacaz Super Sticky Kush tape and held by a Future Stem, Comp. The saddle is a Body Geometry Power Sport with steel rails, mounted on an S-Works Pave seatpost secured by a hidden drop clamp.
