The Velotric Fold 1 Plus is a versatile folding e-bike available in Electric Blue, Mango, Stone Gray, and Pearl White, featuring a step-through frame designed for riders between 4'9" and 6'5". When folded, it measures 37.8" L x 19.7" W x 33.5" H, making it 40% smaller than the industry average.

Powered by a 750W motor with 75Nm torque, it includes a 48V, 13Ah (624Wh) battery certified to IPX7 and UL 2271 standards, using 18650 cells (UL 2580 certified). The bike comes with a 48V, 2.0A fast charger, a 3.5" full-color, high-brightness display with Bluetooth, and a USB Type-C port for phone charging. It offers torque/cadence SensorSwap™, trigger-controlled removable throttle assist, and three pedal-assist modes with five levels. Lighting includes a 12V/5W 130Lux front LED and a rear light with brake highlight and turn signal. The entire bike is IPX6 water-resistant.

The frameset features a triple-butted aluminum alloy frame and a 60mm hydraulic suspension fork with lock-out. The bike achieves a default max speed of 20 MPH (adjustable from 12 to 28 MPH), with a throttle range of 45 miles and a pedal-assist range of 68 miles. It supports Class 1/2/3 configurations.

Braking is handled by hydraulic disc brakes with 180mm rotors front and rear, paired with aluminum alloy brake levers featuring power cutoff. The bike weighs 63 lbs, supports a max load of 450 lbs, and has a rear rack capacity of 120 lbs.

The cockpit includes a 660mm aluminum alloy handlebar (Φ25.4mm), lockable ergonomic grips, an adjustable aluminum alloy stem, a comfortable Velotric saddle, and a 350mm aluminum alloy seatpost with a quick-release clamp. The wheels feature 20x3.0" puncture-resistant eBike tires, single-wall aluminum alloy rims, and a nutted aluminum alloy front hub.

Additional supports include full-coverage steel fenders, an integrated aluminum alloy rear rack, foldable plastic pedals, and a rear-mounted aluminum alloy kickstand. The drivetrain comprises a 46T narrow-wide chainring, a 170mm aluminum alloy crankset, an 8-speed cassette, a KMC 8-speed chain, a SHIMANO 8-speed rear derailleur, and a SHIMANO 8-speed shift lever.
