The e‑bike is powered by a custom 42V4A charger with a Rosenberger plug and universal 100–240V compatibility. Its MasterMind TCD system features a handlebar‑mounted remote, built‑in anti‑theft protection, Bluetooth® connectivity, and customizable display pages. At the heart of the bike is the Specialized 2.2 motor, delivering 90Nm of torque with a custom‑tuned 250W nominal output, paired with a fully integrated 710Wh Specialized battery that includes a state‑of‑charge display and meets UL certification standards. The E5 Aluminum frameset houses a mid‑drive motor and a lockable downtube battery, with internal cable routing, a wheel‑lock mount, and front‑rack compatibility. A Specialized Alloy 34.9 seat binder with a steel bolt secures the seatpost. Up front, the RockShox Recon Silver RL fork provides 80mm of travel with Motion Control damping.

Braking is handled by Shimano CUES BL‑U8000 four‑piston calipers at both the front and rear. The drivetrain includes a 40‑tooth chainring with retention technology, custom alloy‑forged crankarms, a Shimano LG500 chain, and an 11‑speed Shimano CUES CS‑LG400‑11 cassette with an 11–50t range. Shifting is managed by the Shimano RD‑U8000 CUES rear derailleur with Shadow Plus design and a matching SL‑U8000 Rapidfire shifter. A Specialized chain cover completes the setup.

The bike rolls on 650b double‑wall alloy rims with 32 spokes up front and DT Swiss Elemental spokes throughout. Pathfinder Sport Reflect 650Bx2.3 tires are mounted front and rear. The front hub is a sealed‑bearing Specialized alloy unit with a 15x110mm thru‑axle, while the rear hub uses a 12x148mm thru‑axle and an HG steel freehub body. Standard 40mm Schrader‑valve tubes fit 650Bx1.75–2.4 tires.

Rider contact points include a Bridge Sport saddle with steel rails, a 30.9mm Cane Creek Thudbuster ST suspension seatpost, ERGON GA30‑S grips, a Specialized Flowset 3D‑forged alloy stem with a 20‑degree rise, and alloy handlebars with a 15‑degree backsweep and 46mm rise. Integrated accessories elevate the bike’s utility: a Garmin radar system displays custom alerts on the MasterMind TCD, a Lezyne STVZO E450+ headlight provides 450 lumens of illumination, and a Spanninga STVZO Commuter Glow taillight includes an automatic brake‑light function.
