This e-bike is built around a custom Specialized wiring harness with integrated charge port, paired to a custom 48V charger that uses the SL system charger plug. Control and ride data are managed by the Specialized MasterMind TCU, which shows percentage of remaining charge, offers up to 120 possible display configurations, MicroTune assist adjustment, over-the-air updates, and ANT+/Bluetooth® connectivity, all operated via a handlebar remote. Power comes from the Specialized 1.2 SL custom lightweight motor and a fully integrated Specialized SL1-320 320Wh battery.
The frameset uses a FACT 11r carbon frame with front and rear thru-axles, a fully integrated down tube battery, internal cable routing, fender and rack mounts, and 12x142mm rear spacing, secured with a Specialized alloy 31.8 seat binder. Up front, the bike features a Future Shock 3.3 fork with Smooth Boot, a 12x100mm thru-axle, and flat-mount disc compatibility.
Braking is handled by the new Shimano GRX Di2 RX825 system, with a 160mm rear rotor and a 180mm front rotor. The drivetrain is built around the new Shimano GRX Di2 1x12-speed RX827 rear derailleur, new SL 1.2 spider with 104BCD and SRAM 107BCD 44T chainring, SRAM alloy crankset with DUB interface, a Shimano XT M8100 12-speed chain with quick link, and a Shimano XT M8200 12-speed 10–51 cassette, all operated by new Shimano GRX Di2 RX825 shift levers.
Rolling stock consists of Roval Terra C carbon wheels with 25mm internal width, 32mm depth, DT 370 hubs, 24-spoke DT Swiss Comp Race build, and tubeless-ready rims, fitted with 700x50c Tracer TLR All Terrain Gravel tires with GRIPTON T5 compound and 700x32/50mm inner tubes with 48mm Presta valves. The cockpit includes a Body Geometry Power Expert saddle, Future Stem Pro, Specialized Adventure Gear Hover handlebars (103mm drop, 70mm reach, 12º flare), Supacaz Super Sticky Kush bar tape, and an X-Fusion Manic dropper seatpost with 50mm travel.
